In February of this year, Dr. Willy Wang invested heavily to invite renowned direct selling expert Shi Taiming to host a camp aimed at helping leaders enhance their business operations. On September 3rd and 4th, the camp took place in Taipei again, bringing together 240 leaders from multiple countries in Taipei to learn exceptional executive leadership skills. During the opening ceremony, Dr. Willy Wang emphasized the need for guidance from top experts in direct selling, explaining that he had invited Shi Taiming to provide that expertise in the hopes of helping leaders achieve breakthroughs in their businesses.

In two days of the camp, Shi Taiming provided over 240 senior leaders of Total Swiss with valuable insights focused on four key areas: building consumer and organizational networks, as well as developing relationship and performance skills. With his unique teaching style, Shi took the seemingly mundane concepts of direct selling and presented them in an organized and engaging manner, allowing the participants to fully grasp the content and feel motivated to take action.

Shi emphasized the importance of discussing dreams, especially how to break free from personal contentment with the status quo to inspire action toward achieving those dreams. For high-level individuals, he suggested discussing crises and environmental changes to encourage them to seek opportunities for transformation in uncertain times.

Moreover, Shi's explanation of operational models was both detailed and practical, covering everything from constructing consumer networks to organizational networks, along with an in-depth analysis of relationship and performance dynamics. This thorough guidance kept the leaders fully engaged, ensuring they didn’t miss a single key point.

At the end of the course, Dr. Willy Wang’s closing remarks further boosted everyone’s morale. He highlighted the importance of resolving various interpersonal relationship issues in the direct selling business, noting that over the past 15 years, he often played the role of a mediator, handling conflicts using both soft and hard approaches. However, he admitted that these problems are not easy to solve, especially in teams composed of people from diverse backgrounds, where interpersonal issues become even more complex.

Dr. Willy Wang particularly praised Shi Taiming's solutions, recognizing that they not only addressed the internal challenges faced by each leader but also tackled various interpersonal relationship difficulties within teams. He emphasized that the ultimate goal of direct selling is to make money, improve lives, and solve problems, and that income stability is crucial for long-term planning and covering educational expenses.

To help leaders achieve stable and high incomes, Dr. Willy Wang introduced his "One Leads Five" system, which is combined with a million-dollar lottery incentive aimed at motivating leaders to expand both consumer and organizational networks. He stressed that as long as leaders achieve the "One Leads Five" model and complete the 6+1 Autoship program, their income would multiply with each generation, growing from a monthly income of 1,138 yuan in the first generation to 3,481,238 yuan in the sixth generation. Furthermore, if they adopt Shi’s recommended 12+2 plan, the income could increase even more significantly.

Dr. Willy Wang pointed out that Total Swiss’s system design is highly attractive, and the added incentive of the million-dollar lottery aims to encourage more people to participate. He urged leaders to spread this message widely, attract more consumers, and solidify their consumer networks while continuing to expand through the strong product loyalty.
