On November 4, 2023, Dr. Wang organized a special pharmacist training course for over 20 pharmacists from Hepanamin Capsule drugstores and pharmacies across Taiwan. How much trouble did he cause?"

Johnny then used an example from a pediatric clinic to remind pharmacists that while expertise is crucial, caring and service should take precedence. He mentioned that on one street, there were three pediatric clinics, but one clinic always had more patients than the other two. The significant difference was that the doctor at that clinic genuinely cared for the patients, whereas the other two clinics simply conducted professional examinations and prescribed medications. Clearly, a little more care and service made a big difference, and people were more inclined to visit the clinic where they felt cared for. When people are more willing to come, the doctor's expertise becomes even more valuable.

Synchronized Sales: Combining Direct Selling and Traditional Retail

Traditional direct selling relies heavily on personal networks, but it has historically only accounted for 5% of the total retail market value, with the remaining 95% generated from unfamiliar markets.
