On May 22, 2023, Dr. Willy Wang held the Total Swiss 2023 Global CEO Conference through a combination of in-person and online modes. During the conference, Dr. Willy Wang urged the global CEOs to seize the three waves of promotions during Mother's Day in May and strive to achieve the ranks of President 1 (P1), President 2 (P2), and Crown President (CP). Additionally, Dr. Willy Wang presented three inspiring plans for launching the Chinese market and the U.S. market in June, as well as the ceremony in July.

To push for better sales, many of you continue to work tirelessly, and some have even overworked and fallen ill, while others are temporarily unable to join us.
Missing out on the benefits of up to 22%
Today, we have many partners from around the world joining us online, and we have translators for different languages. This is our uniqueness. With 16 countries in our global network, we are now operating in multiple channels.
The sprint for May is about to end, with only a few days remaining. You may be wondering whether it's better to purchase the 6+2 Auto pack with 100 points or the 6+2 pack with 500 points. If you want to qualify for promotions, purchase the 500-point pack. If you want to participate in the lucky draw, go for the 100-point Auto pack.
For the past 13 years, we have not increased our prices. Despite the rising costs, we are now offering the 6+2 promotion, which is equivalent to a 17% discount.

May 31 is approaching, and the Mother's Day promotion will soon end. Based on your May sales performance, you must seize the remaining days to achieve the ranks of P1, P2, and CP in May in order to be on stage during the July 8 conferral ceremony.
The conferral ceremony will be held on July 8, with a rehearsal scheduled for July 7. Last time, we held the President's Night and rehearsal the day before the conferral ceremony. Due to the late arrival of participants for the rehearsal, it affected their dining experience. Therefore, this time, the President's Night will be moved to July 6 in the evening.
Ivy, our Vice President, will be in charge of this year's event, while the CEOs and administrative staff will work together to handle the event's logistics.
The ceremony will still be conducted by our own people, and anyone interested can sign up. I will conduct interviews to assess the participants' voices. It doesn't matter if you have a slim or heavy build, if you are tall or short, or even if you only speak Mandarin Chinese. The important thing is to have a loud and strong voice.
Total Swiss is a company without a growth ceiling
As you heard from General Manager Guo the other day, he provided two evaluations of our company from an outsider's professional perspective.
The first evaluation was that when he enters any company, he can gauge its growth potential based on its products. However, he couldn't see any growth ceiling for Total Swiss, indicating our tremendous potential for development.
The second evaluation was that when he visited our company, he saw a large group of loyal consumers but didn't witness a systematically operated management team.
Although he hasn't had enough time to fully understand our company, I have my own assessment. We don't operate through a "replication team" approach. Those who join us through referrals are primarily focused on improving their health. When their economic situation is not urgent, it becomes challenging to transform individuals who joined for health reasons into proactive business operators. It seems that everyone's economic situation is relatively stable, and the lack of motivation among them concerns me. With the right mindset and a willingness to put in effort, along with some capital, results can be achieved more quickly.
By shifting our mindset, we can attract people
In May, we offered the 6+2 promotion for Mother's Day, where buying 6 sets would include 2 sets for free. Buying 12 sets would include 4 sets for free, and buying 30 sets would include 10 sets for free.
Some of our partners have quickly changed their approach, saying, "The company currently has a Mother's Day promotion where buying 30 sets includes 10 sets for free." The phrase "buying 30 sets and getting 10 sets for free" sounds more appealing. You could also say "buying 15 sets and getting 5 sets for free," but it may not be as attractive. By presenting the promotion as "buying 30 sets and getting 10 sets for free," it becomes more enticing.
If the other party doesn't have the budget at the moment, our partners have a solution. They say, "Let's buy the 30 sets and I'll contribute half of the money." This halves the pressure, and the other party is more likely to accept the offer.
Simply by shifting your mindset a little, you will discover that there are many approaches. You can develop your own methods and apply them flexibly to attract more people.
What's most important is that now is a better time than ever before. While other companies are increasing prices, we are not only avoiding price hikes but also offering discounts.
When justice prevails, our competitors face their downfall
Looking back, in 2016, we faced pressure and unjust accusations. Negative news about our company was reported in newspapers. However, not only do we not face such circumstances anymore, but our competitors who plotted against us are now experiencing negative public opinion and a precarious situation.
Currently, there are two companies in mainland China known for their wrongdoing. Everyone knows about them, and even the Chinese government is collecting evidence to apprehend them. One of the companies has already been seized, and its General Manager, Mr. Li, who was arrested in July 2019, is still in custody. The smuggling amount is estimated to be around 20 billion TWD. Recently, I heard that he might be imprisoned for thirty years, which means his life is over. The other company is a “sunset company,” which also smuggled goods into mainland China. Due to the tense situation, no German person from the sunset company dares to enter China. They are afraid of being arrested by customs upon entry, just like what happened to Mr. Li, and no one knows where they have been detained for years.
A few days ago, I went to Chengdu, where the sunset company started its operations. However, due to their smuggling, tax evasion, and unlicensed operations, they now have a notorious reputation In contrast to these two companies, we have invested 100 million RMB in mainland China, with 20 million RMB as a deposit and 25 million RMB for purchasing the company and offices in Beijing, Wuhan, and Chengdu.
We have made significant investments, but we have always adhered to regulations and refrained from engaging in illegal activities. The sunset company, on the other hand, managed to earn over 1 billion RMB through illegal means without even paying the 20 million RMB deposit. How can they be compared to us? We operate on entirely different levels.
Even now, we still have one or two fools joining the sunset company. For me, there is no method or law to stop them. I can only say that if you want to go, go ahead, but I will suspend your membership, and please don't interfere with us. People are doing their own things, and the heavens are watching. By staying true to our principles, we can still create a prosperous world.
When General Manager Guo led Infinitus to achieve 27.5 billion RMB in annual sales, it demonstrated his ability to create a top-ranked enterprise. If General Manager Guo could achieve such a sales scale with Infinitus products, then with his leadership and our products, could we break through the 30 billion RMB mark in the mainland Chinese market?
We don't know the extent of our potential, and we don't know the ambition of General Manager Guo. However, General Manager Guo sees our potential, and this time, his ambition is even greater than when he led Infinitus.
Embarking on a new era of greatness in the U.S. market
Next, I will be heading to the United States. Our office is located in a former Bank of California building. The interior decoration was already completed, but due to the pandemic, our development plans have been restricted. During this trip, I will not only hold seminars but also handle administrative work to ensure that all procedures and regulations are in place, with the aim of entering the U.S. market as soon as possible.
The United States is a land of freedom, where one feels unrestricted. Therefore, it should be an excellent choice for us.
Of course, achieving significant scale in the U.S. will require three, five, or even ten years of effort. Currently, we can only enter the Chinese market there, but after three to five years, we will have cultivated American CEOs who can introduce our products to other ethnic groups in the U.S. They will make remarkable contributions to Total Swiss in the U.S. market, heralding a new era of success for Taiwanese direct selling companies in the American market.
